What should I do if I wasn’t home when the delivery was attempted?
If you weren’t home at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or where to collect your order.
In most cases, packages are left at the nearest pick-up point to your address.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is usually 1 business day for Mainland Portugal, 2 days for Spain, and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of the European Union, depending on where your order originated.
In some cases, slight delays may occur due to logistical factors.
Do you ship packages every day of the week?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Can i get a Free Shipping?
We currently deliver to Mainland Portugal and Spain, offering free shipping on orders over €50.
For other European Union countries, we offer free shipping on orders over €100.
